At Promenade at Carillon, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Friday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in CITY! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests be submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith to further assist.

Residents enjoy a 24-hour fitness center, a private yoga studio, a resort-style swimming pool with a spacious tanning deck, and a contemporary resident lounge perfect for relaxing or socializing. Outdoor amenities include a fenced dog park, propane BBQ grilling stations, and a scenic jogging trail, providing plenty of opportunities to stay active and enjoy the outdoors and are all just steps from home.

Promenade at Carillon is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements and breed restrictions!

At Promenade, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with an electric range stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Plus, a full-size washer and dryer are ready to help tackle chores and give you time back in your day.

We do not offer furnished apartment homes at Promenade.

We currently do not offer self-guided tours; however, you can contact our team to schedule a tour of your future home at Promenade at Carillon.

Of course! When you schedule a guided tour, you can set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Promenade at Carillon is a garden-style community nestled alongside a beautiful nature preserve within the Carillon Business District. Our location offers a peaceful, park-like setting that is removed from the main roads, allowing residents to enjoy a quieter atmosphere surrounded by mature trees and natural scenery. As with any apartment community, occasional noise from neighbors or routine community activity may be heard, but many residents appreciate the tranquil environment and the unique balance of nature, convenience, and accessibility.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

At our apartments in St. Petersburg, residents will be responsible for paying additional monthly fees that are included in a lifestyle bundle in addition to the monthly rent. Please reach out to a team member to further assist.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.

We want Promenade at Carillon to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
